How We Think About Working in Your Home
A new floor is a big decision, and it happens in the most personal place you have. You're letting people into your kitchen, your bedrooms and the hallway the kids run down. We keep that in mind from the first conversation, and it shapes almost every choice we make on a job.
Most of the trouble with flooring starts underneath. A slab that isn't flat, old adhesive left behind or moisture coming up through concrete can ruin a beautiful hardwood or luxury vinyl plank floor within a season. So we check the subfloor before anything goes down, show you what we find and explain what it means for your project. If a spot needs leveling or a moisture barrier, you'll hear about it before work starts, not halfway through.
We also try to keep the disruption small. We talk through which rooms we'll be in and on which days, how furniture gets moved, and where the old flooring goes. When we pack up, the floor is swept and the debris is gone. It's the kind of job we'd expect if a neighbor did it for us.

You get a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations. Should a seam lift or a transition strip work loose during that first year, give us a ring. We'll come out, find what went wrong with our work and make it right.
