How a First Call Usually Goes
The first few minutes belong to you. Describe the rooms, the flooring in them today and what has started to wear on you. Maybe the hallway carpet is matted flat, the kitchen tile has a crack running across it, or kids and pets need something tougher underfoot. Once we have the picture, we'll go over materials such as hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate or carpet and tell you honestly which ones suit the way each room gets used. When it looks like a match, we'll book a visit to measure, so any numbers come from your real rooms rather than a guess.
No pressure and no rush. If you just want to understand the difference between two materials, that's a fine reason to pick up the phone. Our company is insured, and you get a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations, so the terms are clear to you long before we bring a single box of flooring through your door.

- A rough idea of which rooms or stairs you want to cover, and their approximate size if you know it.
- What flooring is down now, and anything you've noticed like squeaks, dips or moisture.
- A few photos on your phone of the space, so you can describe it easily while we talk.
